Terms and Conditions
Registration: You may register by phone, mail, or in person, using a credit card, check, or cash. Please provide us with your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Deposit (see below) is required to reserve your space.
Tuition Fees: As stated for each class. Model fees are included in the price of workshops that employ models. All fees are subject to New Mexico gross receipts tax.
Deposit: $100.00 non-refundable per workshop. Balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of class.
Cancellation: If you should need to cancel, if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the first day of class, any fees paid will be refunded less the $100 deposit. After 30 days, there will be no refund.
Credit Cards: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover are honored for all tuition and supplies.
We suggest purchasing refundable airline tickets. Valdes Art Workshops and Valdes Corporation are not responsible for any expense incurred by students in the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled.
Payment in full is required to register, by credit card, check, or cash. Model fees are not included in class price, and will be assesed separately. All fees subject to New Mexico gross receipts tax.
